Amine-Chondroitine sulfate-FITC

Amine-Chondroitin Sulfate-FITC is a fluorescent tracer probe designed specifically for biomedical research. It stably couples the green fluorescent dye FITC to chondroitin sulfate (CS) molecules by introducing an amino linker arm, solving the problem of natural chondroitin sulfate lacking reaction sites for direct labeling. This complex perfectly retains the biological activity of chondroitin sulfate, such as cell adhesion and cartilage targeting, while endowing it with bright green fluorescence properties (excitation wavelength of about 490-495nm, emission wavelength of about 515-525nm), making it an ideal tool for studying the distribution of glycosaminoglycans in extracellular matrix, drug delivery pathways, and degradation behavior of tissue engineering scaffolds.
