DSPE-PEG2k-BMS-α,BMS-α-PEG-DSPE,DSPE-PEG is an amphiphilic block copolymer formed by covalently linking hydrophobic phospholipid fragments(distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine)with hydrophilic polyethylene glycol segments.This molecular structure simulates the basic characteristics of biofilm phospholipids,while introducing PEG long chains with excellent water solubility and biocompatibility,which exhibit unique self-assembly behavior in aqueous environments.BMS-470539 dihydrochloride is a highly efficient and selective agonist of the melanocortin 1 receptor(MC1R),with no activity towards MC3R and extremely weak activation towards MC4R and MC5R.It exhibits significant anti-inflammatory properties.
