PyCB lipid is a novel ionizable lipid designed to construct lipid nanoparticles for spleen specific delivery of mRNA.This lipid significantly enhances the hydrophilicity of LNP surface by introducing zwitterionic groups into the hydrophilic head group,making it electrically neutral at physiological pH and reducing protein adsorption,thereby reducing the risk of immune clearance.
